Dassa is about 17 KM from the capital of Chad, Ndjamena, and the number of inhabitants in this village is 316 people and there are more than 50 sponsored children. In the past, the people of this village used to drink dirty water from the river. They walked for 2 kilometers to get dirty water from the river two times a day. When they drank water from the river, they were constantly sick from malaria, diarrhea and other stomach problems. |
