Every beginning of the year, we prepare a tax deduction form reflecting your generous contributions for 2012. It includes each and every precious donation you have made to our organization. You may use this for filing your taxes. And may it be a reminder of your precious partnership with us is in an effort to truly make this world a better place for our children.
You can access the Tax Deduction form by logging into our website.
Please follow the instructions below:

Visit our website at http://www.goodneighbors.org and click on the “login here” text, which is located on the upper right side of the webpage.

On the Registered Donor Login section, enter your email address and password. Your email address is that which was provided to us when registering as a new donor. If this is your first time logging into our website, your password should be defaulted to: 234VdrWf45G (case sensitive).

Click on the blue Donation History tab in the upper middle part of the page

In the two Donation Date fields, enter 01/01/2012 and 12/31/2012 and then click on the Search button to show all of your donations for the year 2012.

You may print out your donation summary by clicking on the blue “Printable Version” text at the bottom yellow field.
