New hope grows from despair, preparing Haiti reconstruction

Good Neighbors International is establishing Good Neighbors Haiti and set to work on reconstruction projects.
To help rebounding from damage unprecedented in the history of earthquakes, Good Neighbors decided to establish the Good Neighbors Haiti to overcome the limits in short term relief activities.
For long time, many of Haitians have been living with less than 1 dollar a day and they are in urgent need of consistent and extended help to keep their hope.
Good Neighbors embarks on new businesses of reconstruction and local developments to achieve MDG (new millennia development goal) and rights of Haitians to live and protect themselves, especially for children and refugees.

1st phase- Emergency Relief and Restoration Project
Provision of emergency relief supplies (food, water, blanket, soap, detergents, etc)
Psychological therapy –PTSD therapy (child/parent clinic, deployment of psychological therapists)
Medical/Healthcare Clinic& Facilities Support (surveillance and quarantine, patient treatment, water supply and sewerage)
Restoration (Tents, house constructions and repairs)
2nd phase- Regional Reconstruction Project
Operation of facility for psychological& emotional therapy (child, family consulting)
Educational support (building schools, library support, educational program, teacher education)
Children & infants facilities (Orphanage), regional child welfare center
Economical independency support (Grain bank, small loans)
