Good Neighbors El Salvador

Good Neighbors first reached El Salvador in 2016 through a project supporting vulnerable youth in Ahuachapán, in collaboration with the Korean International Cooperation Agency (KOICA). With the completion of this project, Good Neighbors established a local presence, Good Neighbors El Salvador, in 2018, to continuously improve the quality of life for vulnerable populations in El Salvador through comprehensive community development programs.

Over the years, Good Neighbors has achieved several key milestones. The first community development project was launched in Ahuachapán in 2020, followed by a second one in Tacuba in 2022. These projects have significantly expanded the organization’s reach to Salvadoran populations, enhancing educational opportunities, improving health services, and promoting sustainable economic development.

Currently, Good Neighbors operates in various regions across El Salvador, impacting thousands of lives through education, health, and community development programs. The organization has made significant strides in reducing poverty and improving living conditions, reflecting its commitment to fostering sustainable development and positive change in the country.
