Our Structure

Transcending legal, structural, functional boundaries, all Good Neighbors offices work together towards One Vision and One Brand.

Good Neighbors is a global alliance formed by the partnership of independent organizations and individual offices, all committed to achieving the mission of Good Neighbors. While the Global Partnership Center establishes global governance, policies, and strategies, all organizations in the Global Partnership are united by a shared vision and identical brand, regardless of their legal, structural, and functional boundaries.

Global Partnership

Partnership Countries are country-level actors working under the Good Neighbors Partnership Covenant. Aligned with the Good Neighbors’ mission, they implement diverse programs that support the most vulnerable people and foster a culture where people are encouraged to help each other. They represent Good Neighbors in their respective countries with a shared vision and unified brand.

We empower local actors and respect their autonomy through accountable and transparent operations. We recognize them as Partnership Countries, whether they are independent organizations or field offices, without being constrained by technical or legal definitions. Aligned with shared values and principles, they practice autonomous decision-making. Independent organizations have their own national governing bodies, while field offices operate with their own steering committees.

All Good Neighbors Partnership Countries pledge, upholding the Mission Statement, Core Values, and Code of Conduct, to:

  • Contribute to the Good Neighbors’ mission and vision with transparency and accountability,
  • Promote and protect the human rights of all stakeholders,
  • Uphold mutual fairness, transparency, respect, accountability, and expertise,
  • Abide by established policies and resolutions,
  • Communicate Good Neighbors’ brand with donors and all stakeholders,
  • Encourage staff members to continuously contribute to the welfare and development of the local community, especially for those in disadvantaged and vulnerable situations.
